A UNIQUE COLLECTION FOR HEDONISTS
HEDONISM:
Of Greek origin, “ἡδονισμός”, composed of the words “ἡδονή” (hedone), meaning “pleasure”, and “-ισμός” (ismos), referring to a doctrine or system.
Hedonist: “One who lives to fully satisfy their senses.”
Over the past few years, I have been fortunate enough to enjoy, together with Mariano García, great old vintages of Aalto and PS — magnificent moments savoring a piece of history.
We wanted to share this experience with a select group of clients: a total of 100 cases have been released from our private cellar to showcase the evolution of our wines over the years and to enjoy them, as true hedonists do.
