In late summer 2023, we announced the release of the new vintage Aalto 2021,set to hit the market in early September. An elegant wine with a purple hue and aromatic potential of Tempranillo, featuring red fruit and hints of licorice. This vintage is marked by the “Filomena” storm, as mentioned earlier.

As the year comes to a close and with the anticipated holiday celebrations, we bring more good news—the release of Aalto PS 2021 and Blanco de Parcela 2022 in early November.

Blanco de Parcela is an oak-matured wine, primarily sourced from our Verdejo grape vineyards in the Fuente de Hontanillas plot. A fresh wine with ample mouthfeel, exhibiting fruity aromas of red apple and subtle citrus notes on the nose.

Aalto PS 2021 is 100% Tinto Fino from very old vines in unique plots in La Horra and La Aguilera. This Tempranillo unfolds black fruit aromas with spicy undertones in the glass, providing complexity and elegance on the nose, and tremendous intensity and volume on the palate.
